Amy Brady Named Executive Director of Orion
Northampton, MA — Orion is pleased to announce that Amy Brady, a nationally recognized leader in the publishing community, will become the nonprofit’s new Executive Director on April 14, 2021. She joins the respected, ad-free, environmental magazine as it prepares to celebrate its 40th anniversary with a growing audience and a bold vision for the future.
Brady brings a unique set of skills in organizational development and fundraising, as well as a deep bench of publishing experience. Previously the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Pratt Institute, she has also edited and advocated for environmental writing as Deputy Publisher of Guernica, Editor-in-Chief of the Chicago Review of Books, and columnist for LitHub.
